Job overview
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Clerical Officer to support our Patient Administration Team at Newark Hospital.
The main purpose of the role is to provide high quality customer service to patients attending the hospital, ensuring that patient case notes are available for all hospital attendances, and that each set of notes contains all of the necessary paperwork and correspondence—supporting the SFHT Patient Pathway.
This position involves regular lifting and moving of patient case notes, often in boxes weighing up to 25kg.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide a high quality service by ensuring the location, appropriate preparation and tracking of clinic documentation
- Ensure timely provision and preparation of case notes for out patient
appointments - Support the timely progress of the patient through the 18 week pathway

Qualifications

- European Computer Driving Licence
- NVQ Level II Admin
