Support colleagues and foster a learning culture which values high quality safe patient care Work in partnership with Orthopaedic colleagues to ensure multi-disciplinary team work in achieving agreed, common goals / outcomes across the elective Orthopaedic service Flexibility and strong organisational skills Enthusiastic and motivated to improve services Effective communication skills Ability to interact effectively with peers and junior and senior colleagues Willingness to learn a variety of theatre skills and engage in departmental link roles |
