Ensure the highest standards of care and safety within the Gynaecology Theatres and in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary teams, implement and maintain systems and processes which ensure standards are maintained
Main duties of the job
Support colleagues and foster a learning culture which values high quality safe patient care Work in partnership with our Gynaecology colleagues to ensure multi-disciplinary team work in achieving agreed, common goals / outcomes across the Gynae service Flexibility and strong organisational skills Enthusiastic and motivated to improve services Effective communication skills Ability to interact effectively with peers, junior and senior colleagues Willingness to learn a variety of theatre skills and engage in departmental link roles |
