Facilities Admin Assistant

An opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Admin Assistant to assist in the effective provision of Administration Services within Facilities at various Nottingham site. The role requires an enthusiastic, organised and well motivated individual, with previous admin experience desirable but not essential.

This 15 hour position working a Monday and Tuesday.

Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa. 

Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.

You will be part of the Facilities  Team ensuring a high-quality and efficient administration service is provided.  

The role requires someone who has the ability to prioritise and work on their own initiative.

General Admin duties including electronic filing, processing invoices and ordering of items, typing, scanning, inputting onto electronic systems, staff training, arranging and coordinating meeting, room bookings, producing a monthly newsletter ensuring all work is carried out accurately and in a timely manner.

Experience

  • Experience in providing an efficient Administration service
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office packages, computer programmes, i.e. graphics, tables, and to produce and present accurate documentation to a high standard
  • Experience in dealing with people to maintain a high level of customer service
  • Experience of working without supervision and independently
  • Ability in prioritising and organising workloads at required deadlines

Knowledge
