37.5 hours per week, 7 days a week, 8am - 8pm.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist to join our  MHSOP Intensive Home Treatment Team within the City. Delivered in people’s own homes within the community, the service makes every effort to prevent unnecessary admission to hospital and facilitates the opportunity for people to return home following a hospital admission or period in residential care.

There will be an expectation that the team will work closely with current Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) in the locality and also with the CRHT’s.

There will be an expectation  that the Band 6 Clinician will be the duty worker for the team.
