Job overview
Looking to expand or diversify your dietetic professional experience and career. This temporary post provides an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Dietitian to join our friendly, supportive, inpatient adult mental health therapy team
The post holder will work across nine wards based across two sites (Highbury in Bulwell, Nottingham & Sherwood Oaks in Mansfield). taking referrals to support the nutritional needs of service users with a diverse range of mental health and physical health issues.
This post holder will be autonomous, working closely with the MDT. The post will be provided with dietetic supervision and will be part of a supportive network of dietetic peers working across many different specialities. The role has access to dedicated AHP leadership
Main duties of the job
The role requires clinical and professional expertise in order that clients and their carers benefit from a well-coordinated pro-active, specialist, efficient and effective Dietetic treatment. The service includes individually tailored therapy and management, training, advice and a consultative approach. Input is predominantly on a one on one basis but consultation and training may be provided to support staff as required.

Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment.
You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of £16 per year applies.
