A bank Occupational Therapy role covering local mental health teams for adults, potentially older persons services and some acute mental health in patient services. This requires an experienced and versatile Occupational Therapist to cover a variety of areas within the mental health service offer.   

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

The main duties of the role are specialist assessment and formulation. Development and reviewing  occupational therapy programmes. Use of profession specific assessments.

·       To be professionally and legally accountable as an autonomous professional for all aspects of own work and delegated work to staff, students and others, in line with HCPC, Professional Body and Trust Policy, ensuring compliance with national standards and implementation within the area.

·       To work collaboratively with a variety of professionals ensuring management and treatment meet the holistic needs of patients, providing a well-coordinated care plan for specialism/setting

·       To participate in multi- disciplinary projects as agreed.

  • HCPC registered

Contractual

  • A full, current UK driving licence and access to a vehicle fit and insured for business use are required for this post. Reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled staff in line with the Equality Act 2010
