We are looking for an inspirational and dynamic individual to join our North Nottinghamshire Leadership Team as Team Leader for Urgent Care in Bassetlaw.
This role is a great opportunity to lead a varied team of healthcare professionals working in urgent response, intermediate care and medical out of hours, during a time of change, opportunity and ambition for Nottinghamshire Healthcare.

The role reports into the Head of Service for Urgent Care whose portfolio spans Mid Notts and Bassetlaw and as a locality we are led by the Lead General Manager.

It does not matter whether you are currently in a formal leadership post or looking for your first step on the leadership journey, we will support you to achieve your full potential. What does matter is that the successful candidate will be able to evidence that they can lead a team who consistently deliver high quality, compassionate care and that they do so in the right way; through support, kindness and respect.
A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
