Job overview
Sherwood Forest Hospitals are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Medical Laboratory Assistants. This role offers the opportunity to work within a busy and friendly department, supporting the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services to surrounding healthcare providers.
The Pathology Department at King's Mill Hospital plays a crucial role in providing analytical, diagnostic, interpretative, and consultative services to hospitals, clinics, and GP practices.
As a Laboratory Assistant, you will be responsible for undertaking basic laboratory tasks essential for the smooth operation of our department. From checking and sorting specimens to inputting patient and test data, your contributions will be integral to ensuring efficient service delivery.
