Are you a proactive, enthusiastic individual looking to contribute to the seamless operation of a Pre-Operative Assessment Unit? Sherwood Forest Hospitals Foundation Trust invites applications for the role of Admin & Clerical Officer within our dynamic Admin Team.

Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Knowledge of a range of office procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain office systems and procedures.
  • Good organisational and office skills
  • IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
Desirable criteria
  • Knowledge of NHS computer software e.g. Medway

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Good standard of general education
  • IT skills to RSA II, NVQ 2 or equivalent.
Desirable criteria
  • ECDL

Further Training

Essential criteria
  • Willingness to undertake relevant training if required.

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Experience in previous or current administrative role
Desirable criteria
  • NHS experience / experience with NHS software or applications
  • Experience in customer service based environment
