- Knowledge of a range of office procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Ability to maintain office systems and procedures.
- Good organisational and office skills
- IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of NHS computer software e.g. Medway
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Good standard of general education
- IT skills to RSA II, NVQ 2 or equivalent.

- ECDL

- Willingness to undertake relevant training if required.
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience in previous or current administrative role
Desirable criteria
- NHS experience / experience with NHS software or applications
- Experience in customer service based environment
