Job overview

Sherwood Forest Hospitals have a unique opportunity to join a passionate, professional and dedicated Patient Pathway Coordinator admin team that is focused on creating a positive journey for all Gastroenterology patients seen within our service at Kings Mill Hospital. 

As a PPC Support, you will be an integral part of the team, providing crucial administrative assistance and helping maintain effective patient pathways. This role offers the chance to work in a busy, patient-focused environment where attention to detail, effective communication, and organisational skills are key.

Essential criteria
  • Computer literate with excellent keyboard skills
Desirable criteria
  • Medical terminology
  • Working knowledge of CareFlow and the NHS in general

Qualifications-Academic/Craft/ Professional

Essential criteria
  • Good general education including English GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent)
Desirable criteria
  • European Computer Driving Licence
  • NVQ Level II Admin

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Experience of working within an office environment
Desirable criteria
  • Customer Care
  • NHS experience

Contractual Requirements

  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
