Join our forward-thinking Digital Transformation Department as a Project Implementation Manager, where your energy, empathy, and strategic mindset will help shape the future of healthcare delivery.
In this pivotal role, you’ll contribute to our horizon scanning process, ensuring that the customer’s perspective is embedded within the IGM&T Strategy and aligned with our broader digital vision.
You’ll work closely with clinicians and partners to gather insights, define goals, and ensure every initiative supports our shared objectives. From user requirement gathering and process mapping to change management and stakeholder engagement, you’ll be at the heart of driving meaningful transformation.

- Ability to communicate effectively complex ideas to non-technical staff
- Ability to analyse and resolve complex Issues
- Excellent negotiation and facilitation Skills
- Ability to learn complex systems with minimal supervision

- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team

- Educated to Degree level or equivalent professional qualification and/or experience
