Job overview
Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate nursing professional looking to make a real difference in patient care? An exciting opportunity has become available to join our innovative SFH@home team as a Ward Sister / Charge Nurse.
At SFH@home, we specialise in delivering exceptional care within a Medical Day Case Unit across two sites: King’s Mill Hospital (KMH) and Newark. Our dedicated team provides expert care to ambulatory patients across a wide range of medical specialties.
In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the administration of antibiotic therapy and other treatments, delivered directly in patients’ own homes—treatments that traditionally would require a hospital stay. We focus on providing ongoing care and support for our frailty and respiratory patients who are medically optimised for home-based care, enabling early discharge and enhancing patient recovery.
