We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised individual to fill the position of Clerical Officer in our Radiology Department. 2 part time roles that offers a unique chance to contribute to the smooth operation of one of the most critical departments in our healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Your primary role will be to provide essential clerical support to the Radiology Department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring a streamlined process for both staff and patients.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for patients by offering a friendly reception and addressing inquiries with professionalism and compassion
- Undertake a comprehensive range of clerical duties to support the overall functioning of the Radiology Department.
- Make appropriate arrangements to guarantee the smooth running of the department, contributing to an efficient and effective healthcare service.
