Main duties of the job
The main duties of the job are to support the Medical Records Manager and Team Leader as follows:
- Training of staff in liaison with departmental leadership team
- Ensuring robust induction for all new starters
- Ensuring KPI's are above trust target
- Keeping the team up to date with any changes in the department regarding processes etc.

This roles requires flexibility to support with training all teams within case note store including out of hours admissions. This may mean working evenings, nights or weekends.

- IHRIM Certificate or equivalant level of experience
