Main duties of the job
Radiology is a rapidly expanding, dynamic speciality at the Oxford University NHS Foundation Trust. The unique and varied nature of the speciality means that there are always new and exciting opportunities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated applicant with good communication skills who will provide a high standard of patient-centred care. Radiology experience is not essential, as you will be fully supported with a very high standard competency training package, allowing great professional development.
The role includes working in a variety of modalities in radiology. All modalities deal with the diagnosis and treatment involved in giving the patient the best possible experience, with their journey through the department. Working alongside Nurses, Radiographers, Radiologists, and administration personnel will help in your development to becoming a Competent, Committed, and Courageous team member, who will show a Compassionate and Caring attitude when Communicating with all service users.
