We are a friendly, forward thinking team working in a fast paced rewarding environment.  High quality patient care is at the core of our decision making and we are enthusiastic about welcoming new ideas and staff development.

We look forward to meeting you at interview and exploring all the opportunities you will gain by joining us in this exciting and essential role.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant would be expected to work as part of the Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT) to ensure nutritional screening tools and associated care plans are implemented, provide enteral feeding regimens as required and attend MDT meetings as appropriate.

The successful applicant would also be part of the wider Dietetic team and as well as working with the Stroke Team the applicant would be able to access support from their Dietetic colleagues within the Trust.
