Trosolwg o'r swydd

As a new addition to our Executive Team, this role represents a significant opportunity to transform Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership (AWP) NHS Trust. An integral part of the Executive Team, reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Board and Extended Executive Team, you will be vital to AWP achieving our vision of “High Quality, Compassionate Care”.

Like most of the NHS, AWP is facing growing demand and acuity across its services, workforce challenges, continuing pressures on finances and a rapidly evolving stakeholder environment. This role will be pivotal in responding to those challenges, with a broad and transformative portfolio of responsibility for our Transformation, Estates and Digital functions.

To succeed in this fascinating role you will be adaptable, flexible and able to grasp quickly the essence of a challenge, to generate appropriate solutions and build support for an agreed way forward.

This will require an effective, compassionate and inclusive leader who can motivate and empower people to embrace improvement. You will bring your excellent influencing skills, political acumen, drive for results and ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to the role.
