Whether you’re new to healthcare or looking to build on existing experience, we’ll support you every step of the way. You’ll begin with our “New to Care” induction programme, designed to help you settle into life at the Royal United Hospitals Bath. You’ll learn the essential skills needed for the role and work towards the Care Certificate (unless you have already completed it).
