Project Manager: Unified Care Pathways for Post-Menopausal Bleeding

Band 7

Trosolwg o'r swydd

This post is an exciting opportunity to be part of the development and integration of the ‘Unified care pathway for patients with postmenopausal bleeding (PMB)’. This post will provide effective project management to facilitate the creation, implementation and evaluation of the new pathway.

The introduction of the faster diagnostic unified care pathway for PMB will allow urgent cancer referrals to be easily accessible by both patients and clinicians through a single point of access. This pathway aims to reduce inequalities of access for patients, reduce workload for primary care and facilitate real-time control of the whole PMB pathway to ensure there is sufficient capacity any further investigations or treatment that may be required (e.g. hysteroscopy or polypectomy).
