We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work as a Theatre Receptionist based in the main theatre department at the Royal United hospital Bath.
Good organisational and communication skills are essential and we are looking for someone who is friendly, motivated and enthusiastic with an excellent work ethic
Main duties of the job
Main duties
The theatre receptionist is varied and interesting, The successful candidate will be the first person staff, patients and visitors meet when they come to the department and the telephone contact for any theatre enquiries.
You will also be responsible for a number of administrative tasks as required. We are looking for someone kind and caring with the ability to be adaptable.

Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
- Good IT skills
- Experience of working with the general public.
Desirable criteria
- NHS or healthcare experience. (administrattive)
- European Computer Driving license

- Expresses information in a clear and understandable way, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
