- Are you a qualified and experienced Nursing Assistant
- Able to demonstrate compassion, enthusiasm and confidence
- Provide the highest standard of care, prioritising work under pressure
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable and trustworthy, you will need to be able to work flexibly completing the full range of shifts over the 24 hour/ 7 day a week period. This may involve working long days, short days (lates and earlies) nights, Bank Holidays and weekends, depending on where you work within the adult services.
We want all our Nursing Assistants to become successful, competent and confident carers so we are committed to ensuring the ongoing development of a wide range of skills and knowledge.
As an experienced Nursing Assistant we expect you to have already gained an appropriate qualification (minimum level 2 Health and Social Care). Please ensure that you have read the person specification before you apply as this will state the essential qualifications. Candidates that meet the essential criteria will be shortlisted and interviewed initially by telephone. You will need to confirm evidence of your Health Care qualification, along with your Maths and English certificates. We will discuss your experience and preferred working location.
