Team Secretary Band 3.
One Post based at The Woodlands, Crisis Team, Rotherham S60 2UD
Band 3 - 37.5 hours/week - Monday to Friday.
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Team Secretary to join our Service. We provide frontline mental health services to people who are suffering from a mental health problem in the Community.
The successful applicant will be reliable and able to provide a confidential, quality administration and telephone service.
A high standard of word processing is essential, and you will be experienced in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of SystmOne would be a distinct advantage.
Attention to detail is essential whilst working within the team and supporting and mentoring colleagues. Applicants should have the ability to deal with people at all levels in a calm, polite and professional manner and should possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Due to the nature of the service, you will be required to display tact and diplomacy when talking to service users and relatives and have an empathetic nature in difficult circumstances.
Main duties of the job
Team Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the teams as appropriate
- Deal with routine correspondence and telephone calls.
- To provide administration support to identified work within the pathway as requested
- Distribute relevant information to internal and external organisations on behalf of Team Manager
- To undertake any duties in line with the Team Manager or service’s requirements as requested.
- Participate in ensuring efficient day to day management of the administration office, including booking meetings, events and meeting rooms.
- Supporting the Team Admin Manager or Service Managers with requests for information.
