We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Research & Innovation Team at Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in advancing child health research and innovation across South Yorkshire and beyond.

About You

A degree in a relevant subject or equivalent demonstrable experience.

PRINCE2 Foundation certification or equivalent project management expertise.

Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across internal and external networks.

In-depth knowledge of SCYPHeR and other initiatives driving research and innovation at Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust.
-
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under competing demands.
Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Associate Director for Research & Innovation, some of your responsibilities will include:

Successfully manage and develop assigned projects relevant to the South Yorkshire Children and Young People Health Research (SCYPHeR) network

Contribute to the wider Research & Innovation agenda at Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust.

Enable connections locally and across South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw, supporting change and building sustainable relationships.

Drive collaboration in research and innovation to address the needs of children and young people in Sheffield and beyond.

- Degree in relevant subject or similar equivalent demonstrable experience
- PRINCE2 Foundation training or equivalent project management experience

- Health professional qualification

- Experience of coordinating project / project management in complex organisations
- experience of working with senior professionals at Board / Exec Directors / Senior Management Level

- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work accurately and to high standards, particularly where there are competing demands
