As a Specialist Physiotherapist in ICTT you will work with a varied caseload including Respiratory, Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedic and Neurology conditions. Within both settings you will have direct access to clinical specialists for support with complex patients and we encourage staff to take a specialist lead in a specific area of choice to deepen their skills in that area to support the team.

The service plays a key role in the advancement of integration, working closely with health, social care and voluntary sector colleagues to provide integrated care and promote independence.

These posts will play a key role in future community services, promoting independence and reducing unscheduled care, and developing services to meet the needs of patients living with Long Term Conditions.

You should be used to working in a multidisciplinary environment and have excellent communication skills. Evidence of acute and community working experience pre or post registration is desirable.
