Job overview
Working on a rotational basis at both Horninglow Clinic, Burton-on-Trent and St Michael’s Court, Lichfield. Hours are 9 am-5 pm Monday-Friday
Are you a confident communicator who prides themselves on strong and compassionate customer service? Would you thrive on providing a first class reception service at our mental health clinic and working within a very busy admin team? If so we would encourage your application, even if your experience looks a little different from what we have identified and you think you can bring a good work ethic to this role.
Ideally you would hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification and/or experience, however this is not essential as full training is given. We support training and ambition with many of our Admin Assistants having been successful in achieving promotional posts within our Service or the wider Trust. Staff meet with the Admin Team Manager regularly for 1-to-1 supervision sessions and annual appraisals.
Main duties of the job
To be successful in this role you will be required be organised, professional and adaptable with a sound level of written and spoken English.
This Receptionist/Admin Assistant role includes:
· Strong communication and customer service skills to welcome service users upon arrival
· Personal resilience to handle challenging telephone calls
· Using our clinical system RiO, inputting, creating letters etc
· Completing a wide range of admin tasks from an electronic workflow inbox
· Scanning, uploading and copying.
. Ability produce quality documents in a very busy environment
. Good time management and prioritising work

Essential criteria
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent level of administrative experience).

- Previous admin or customer service experience.
