This pivotal role supports the Mid and South Essex Recovery College in delivering strategic and operational priorities, contributing to project delivery and management, ensuring robust business planning and administration processes are developed and adhered to across the MSE RC Partnership Board. 

 

Main duties of the job

To support effective management and planning of the MSE RC Partnership Board and its sub-groups, provide executive support to the Board, and coordinate a range of strategic and operational projects, ensuring the work programme is planned and managed effectively. 

To assist with the design and implement appropriate systems and processes that are aligned with good governance for oversight and assurance purposes, report on delivery, ensuring adherence to systems that promote transparency, assurance, and continuous improvement.

To provide a transparent connection between the strategic plan of the Recovery College and operational delivery, making links between projects to ensure connection where appropriate and best use of resources.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

  • Manage delivery of the service’s business plan and Partnership Agreement, under supervision of the Operational Lead.
  • Participate in the formulation of operational plans, which take into account local, regional and national drivers and support their safe and effective implementation.
  • Participate in the development of local objectives and plans within the partnership in conjunction with the Operational Lead, to deliver services in line with the contractual arrangements and Partnership Agreement.
  • Analyse team data and information relating to performance to inform future service priorities.
