Job overview
As an experienced communications professional, reporting to one of the HPS Careers Hub Programme Managers, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for reimagining a successful local inclusive talent management programme and scaling it up to a national offer, which you will help deliver.
The post involves working with, and maintaining the engagement of, national and regional stakeholders to support the delivery of this programme to the standards and timescales required. The postholder will lead communication projects to produce high quality and consistent communications. They will support the delivery of the HPS programme to the standards and timescales required, ensuring the delivery of proactive communication strategies and participation in social marketing using a variety of techniques.
You should possess specialist communications knowledge and skills to support programme delivery in order to agree which interventions would be most effective.
Main duties of the job
Managing communications, stakeholder relationship / engagement campaigns and social media accounts which support key HPS programme priorities. In addition, creating appropriate plans, through a robust approach to communications, and create / manage the HPS branding; produce promotions materials, news stories / newsletters for internal and external communications and create / update the HPS website and intranet pages.
