As an experienced Mental Health Nurse from the NHS or private sector, you'll join a team that works in close partnership with Staffordshire Police and Mental Health Services, and you’ll join a Trust that puts people at the heart of what we do.  

Main duties of the job

• Assessing mental health crises in individuals referred to the service and supporting the delivery of safe and effective home treatment for an identified client group and in accordance with a wellbeing and recovery action plan
• You will participate in the delivery of the agreed aims and objectives of the service and identify factors which may inhibit these from being achieved.
• You will assist in the delivery of a high standard of nursing care to service users referred to the team.

• You will implement agreed systems for the monitoring of effectiveness of care.

• You will participate in the education and management of junior staff.
