University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship this role. If you hold a graduate visa, you are welcome to apply for this role however it is important to note that UHNM will be unable to offer sponsorship at the end of your graduate visa, you must also have at least six months until your graduate visa expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons. 

Main duties of the job

Completing Clinic Alteration forms( CAFS)  as requested  by the secretaries and divisions 

Cancelling and suspending clinics and passing the details to the admin Supports so patients can either be rebooked or added to partial book waiting lists

Keeping the division's updated on patients  that are  being booked near to the 52 week breach date target 

Working with admin supports so all news and follow up slots are filled as any slots unutilised is lost revenue to the Trust

Education

Essential criteria
  • Must have 5 or more GCSE's or equivalent to include maths and English
Desirable criteria
  • NVQ Business studies or Equivalent

Previous experience

Essential criteria
  • Must have previous NHS experience in a hospital environment
Desirable criteria
  • Previous experience in entering data and operating systems and procedures
