Main duties of the job
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Quality Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a department undergoing transformational change, where your leadership and clinical expertise will directly enhance patient and staff outcomes.

- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, and proactive care
- Lead on clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice
- Support the Senior Sister team in driving learning and improvement across the ward
- Champion the Trust’s vision and values, ensuring seamless care and positive experiences
- Work flexibly across the Trust, offering support where needed
