Are you looking to join a supportive innovative Clinical Education Team to  develop midwifery skills at UHNM?  Our Team are looking for a dynamic individual to help develop our training programme.

Main duties of the job

• To facilitate Midwives in the ward/department/specialty in identifying opportunities for training
and education to maintain and improve standards of care.
• To support and facilitate innovation in care provision in a structured and systematic way.
• To offer professional guidance and support to midwives.
• To develop guidelines and implement developments in practice, and ensure these are audited.
• Provide education and training to midwives and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• To offer professional guidance and support to clinical staff.
