Job overview

The service will support individuals in their own homes, in supported accommodation and those returning from out of area hospitals.

The service has strong working relationships with other services both internally and externally, striving to make a significant difference in our communities.

We promote regular CPD opportunities both internally and externally and support individuals to develop specialised nursing skills to work in a complex area of mental health care.
