We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Sister / Charge Nurse to come and work with us on Ward G10, where we pride ourselves in being a welcoming, supportive and friendly team.

G10 is a fast-paced medical ward with 32 beds that gives the nursing team the opportunity to work with all members of the multidisciplinary team, resulting in high standards of patient care, which is something that we are all passionate about. We are keen on staff development, caring for patients with varied and complex medical conditions, which will in turn provide our staff with plenty of learning opportunities and the prospect to develop new skills. We believe that supportive leadership and good communication is vital in creating a strong and positive team dynamic, promoting team work and safe, high quality care for our patients. Therefore as a Band 6, your leadership would be integral to the ward in driving change and supporting the nursing team.
