Materials Management & Logistics Team Leader – 12-Month Secondment
We are excited to offer a 12-month secondment opportunity for a Materials Management and Logistics Team Leader based at Heatherwood Hospital. This is a fantastic chance for someone with a strong understanding of inventory systems, who is ready to take the next step in their career within a forward-thinking NHS Trust.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in supply chain or inventory management, ideally within a healthcare setting

In-depth knowledge of the Omnicell Inventory Management System
-
Confident in gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to inform decision

Previous experience managing or supervising a small team

Strong understanding of stock control processes and the use of information system
Main duties of the job
As part of our commitment to innovation and efficiency, the Trust is introducing a new Inventory Management System to support the Scan4Safety programme. You will play a key role in delivering and managing this system, working closely with the Assistant Supply Chain Manager and a small, dedicated team. Your focus will be on stock control and the timely replenishment of clinical consumables, alongside overseeing the rollout and continued administration of the system.
