Trosolwg o'r swydd

We are delighted that you are considering joining our dynamic ENT team. Our department has grown significantly, offering a wide range of specialist services, including general ENT conditions, head and neck clinics, and paediatric ENT. We have also expanded our skin cancer surgery and reconstruction services and maintain close collaboration with other local ENT departments for head and neck care.

Our team comprises talented and dedicated consultants working in a friendly, flexible, and cohesive environment. We are committed to professional development, teaching junior doctors, and supporting evolving specialist interests. We are now seeking to recruit a new consultant, bringing our team to nine, supported by a strong group including a Specialty Doctor, two Registrars, and a Dewax Nurse Specialist.

We offer a structured development and coaching programme for new consultants, with excellent opportunities to develop individual professional portfolios in areas such as education, quality improvement, service development, and specialist clinical interests. We encourage mentorship, collaborative working across the Surrey ENT network, and active involvement in expanding elective ENT services and theatre capacity across the Trust.
