We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic nurse to work alongside our friendly and skilled team, where we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care and rehabilitation. The role involves working within a fast-paced ward environment, caring for a complex caseload of elderly patients. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent prioritisation skills, work collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary team, and contribute to safe and effective discharge planning.
This post requires participation in a 7-day service rota, covering a mix of long days and night shifts.
Main duties of the job
- Responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care without direct supervision
- To work within a team and assist in monitoring the performance and work of the Nursing Team, providing education and support as appropriate
