Our BSPS team have extensive experience of supporting a wide repertoire of tests and offer expertise to:

  • Advise on potential solutions tailored to the clinical requirement.
  • Assess the suitability of proposed testing environments.
  • Perform comprehensive method evaluations to ensure acceptable analytical performance.
  • Deliver initial training and re-certification, ensuring sufficient staff competency to ultimately benefit patient safety.
  • Minimise service down-time, by performing maintenance procedures, providing technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Provide formal documentation and perform audits.
  • Ensure calibration, internal quality control and external quality control performance is maintained.

Our department strives to provide the highest standard of service in line with relevant quality standards to deliver a package designed to bring service users peace of mind and enabling them to produce results they can trust.
