Job overview
We are really excited about the Sister roles that have been developed for SACU within our Surgical Directorate and Planned Care Division. As part of our ambitious agenda and on-going development of the service the post holders will be pivotal ion support exciting changes in the service with implementation of the new ACP roles. We are seeking to appoint exceptional leaders into the sister role on SACU at St Helier Hospital.

Surgical Ambulatory care unit strives to deliver high quality ambulatory surgical assessment service for all appropriate adult emergency general surgical and urological patients. Main duties of the job
Our successful candidate will be someone who is highly engaged, with a desire to lead from the bedside and to set the tone for exceptional and high quality nursing care. We are looking for an experienced and ambitious nurse, with an ability to demonstrate good understanding of surgical care, who is able to lead, motivate and inspire and who is able to champion compassionate, high quality and dignified patient care.
