Job overview

To provide comprehensive, confidential and professional administrative/PA service to the Triumvirate of the GSACT Division - Divisional Director, Divisional Chief Nurse and Associate Director of Operations.

Main duties of the job

Produce minutes and action plans of all meetings requested by the Triumvirate.

Collating all the relevant documentation prior to the meeting (chasing where necessary)  and sharing all the documentation at the meetings.

Liaising with Consultants, Nursing Staff (all staff) across the Specialities in GSACT and other Divisions where required.

Timely and precise delivery of all tasks according to the role specification.

Contribute to the Trust's objectives, key work programs or values.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Comprehensive administrative and Personal Assistant Service, including but not limited to:-

Diary management and arrangement of meetings for the Triumvirate.

Management of incoming correspondence for the Tri via email and telephone.   Replying where necessary and with input from the Tri where required.

Circulation of all relevant documentation - keeping the global lists up to date for the Division.

Complete ERSs where required.

Independently producing and designing the Divisional Newsletter and all other publications where required.

Adhering to a strictly confidential need for discretion.
