Are you highly organised, friendly, and looking to join a welcoming team within the NHS? We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Therapy Appointments Booking Team at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Based at Frimley Park Hospital, with the opportunity to also work at Fleet Community Hospital, you will play a vital role in supporting our Therapy and Dietetic outpatient services, ensuring that patients receive a smooth, efficient, and caring experience from referral to appointment.

This is an ideal opportunity if you’re looking to develop your administrative career in the NHS – an apprenticeship may be available as part of this role.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

    • Manage referrals and appointment bookings for Therapy outpatients in line with Trust Access Policy.
    • Ensure accurate and timely registration of all new patients on Trust systems.

    • Maintain and update patient information as required.

    • Coordinate clinicians’ diary templates to ensure effective use of clinic time.

    • Provide administrative support to both the Therapy and Dietetic outpatient services.

    • Act as a first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff – both in person at reception and via telephone.

    • Liaise with other departments to promote seamless patient care.

    • Uphold high standards of customer service and maintain strict patient confidentiality.
