Full-time | Permanent | Based at Archipelago Offices, Frimley
Are you an experienced public procurement professional looking for a new challenge within the NHS? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a significant programme of change at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.
As part of our dynamic procurement team, you will be responsible for purchasing goods and services within the Non-Clinical category, supporting procurement across all Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust locations.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the delivery of a strategic procurement transformation within the Trust.
- Ensure value for money and efficiency in purchasing non-clinical goods and services.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to optimise procurement processes.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert advice on procurement and supply matters, ensuring compliance with NHS and public sector procurement regulations.
- Consistently demonstrate best value for money by supporting efficient and cost-effective sourcing.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the Trust’s regular suppliers and identify alternative sourcing options for goods not available through standard supply routes.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive procurement efficiencies and innovation.

Person Specification:
Essential Criteria:
- Working knowledge of Purchase Order Process systems, particularly E-Fin/E-Proc.
- Experience in transactional procurement, delivering against KPIs and Standard Financial Instructions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and take initiative.
- Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience working within an NHS procurement environment.
