**Bank Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist – Adult Community Health Services**
We are seeking a Bank Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our Community MSK Physiotherapy team, which operates from two locations: Haslemere Community Hospital and Cranleigh Village Community Hospital. You will be primarily based at one of these sites, although cross-site working may be required.
In this role, you will function as an autonomous clinician, responsible for conducting advanced assessments, making clinical diagnoses, and providing treatment for patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal issues.

JOB PURPOSE

You will be based at one of these sites, Cross-site working will be required The post-holder will work as an autonomous clinician, undertaking advanced assessments, clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems. You will be able to access clinical development and regular clinical supervision & peer support. As part of the Physiotherapy team and wider trust, you will contribute to service development, and adhere to the Physiotherapy Department and Trusts policies, strategies and objectives.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY
To work as an integral member of the MSK Physiotherapy team working to service local guidelines
To assess, diagnose, develop and implement individual treatment or management plans which are discussed and agreed with patients
To use specialist clinical skills to manage the more complex caseload
To actively keep up to date with clinical and professional developments
To provide treatment at either of our two community hospitals
To provide treatment to adults and children
To support band 5 Physiotherapists in their development by contributing to their training
To support students with their supervision and clinical development
To provide specialised assessment, formulate clinical diagnosis and treatment plan as an autonomous practitioner
To take part in clinical outcome measurements and audit

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- HCPC registration
- BSc Physiotherapy (or above)
Desirable criteria
- Member of Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Experience of a range of NHS student placements (or equivalent experience)
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of discharge systems, within the NHS, to support patients
- Knowledge of systems for data recording and reporting
- Evidence of post qualification CPD

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
