Digital Business Analyst - Band 5 - Permanent - Full Time

At SABP, our digital product design team supports and develops products and solutions that enhance our digital electronic health record (EHR), promotes clinical safety, and improves patient care. 

Our work enhances clinical processes and our digital systems, improving the user experience of clinicians and the care they deliver to people who use our services. 

We follow a User-Centred Design process as putting the user at the core of what we do helps ensure the solution meets their needs, goals, and requirements.

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career in user research or business analysis. This position provides an excellent pathway into the field of user research, business analysis, and digital transformation.

Main duties of the job

You will have the opportunity to contribute to digital transformation projects that improve clinical workflows, enhance patient care, and align with best practice. 

Your work will focus on:
• Learning and applying user research techniques to gather insights about users’ needs, behaviours, and challenges.
• Supporting the creation of user-friendly digital solutions through research and feedback.
• Assisting with process mapping and identifying areas for operational improvement.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including designers, developers, and clinical staff, to deliver user-centered products.
