Job overview

Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Radiography Assistant Practitioner within the Imaging service. This new job role is to support the Plain film (General x-ray) and CT teams by improving access to imaging by providing imaging facilities closer to where patients live

The successful candidate should meet the core job specifications and be  committed to providing high quality, patient focused care at all times. We are looking to recruit a passionate role model who is keen to be part of our friendly, hardworking team and who subscribes to our core values as they are at the heart of everything we do. 

The successful candidate will be rostered between all service sites including the Community Diagnostic Centres at Redhill (Belfry) and Crawley hospital and Caterham Dene and Horsham hospitals. 

 Applicants will be expected to work flexibly depending on the service needs. Working days +/- shift patterns will be agreed upon by the line manager to meet the demands of the service.

The successful candidate must be reliable and organised;experience working within a busy and fast-paced patient-facing environment is an advantage.
