An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Occupational Health (OH) and Clinical Well-being team. You will play a key role in supporting our vision and strategy to provide a proactive and supportive OH service.
We recognise that investment in employees’ health and wellbeing at work benefits staff and provides better patient care and overall organisational success. We aim to deliver excellent occupational health and wellbeing services for our workforce and create a culture which fosters a healthy and productive working environment. 

The successful applicant will work closely with our experienced and dynamic specialist nursing team to deliver an immunisation and vaccination service. You will be able to develop your clinical skills further through various in-house training opportunities.

The Trust employs approximately 5,000 staff across two main sites with a number of other external satellite sites. In addition to this the OH service has developed a portfolio of external clients. The Occupational Health Department is situated at East Surrey Hospital in Redhill where this post will mainly be based. However, some local travel may be necessary. The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated multidisciplinary professionals which includes, Senior specialist OH nurses, Occupational health physiotherapist, admin staff and a visiting OH Physician.
