Job overview
Main duties and key responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain highest clinical standards in the specialty of Radiology. The job requires
proficiency in a wide range of radiology modalities; CT/ MRI/ fluoroscopy / US and plain film.
An interest in haematology, with a view to supporting haematology MDT. Developing skills in
reporting Whole body MRI diffusion. Supporting the reporting of MRI Rectum and Liver.
- Play an active role in clinical governance and audit, supporting a culture of continuous
improvement and learning
- Maintain high standards of continuing professional development and medical education
- Deliver quality teaching and training
- Lead relevant research and development within the area of specialism
