Applications are sought for the Windsor Foot and Ankle Fellowship, a nationally recognised post-CCT 6-month training post based at Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals. The fellowship has been run by Mr Callum Clark and Mr Raman Dega since 2007 with Mr Jasdeep Giddie since 2020, and has an excellent reputation for preparing senior trainees for life as a Consultant foot and ankle surgeon.
A 6 month post has arisen from October 2025 to March 2026.
The successful applicants will be expected to take responsibility for the smooth running and management of the Foot and Ankle unit and will undertake both supervised and independent clinics and operating lists. Pathology treated includes all elective foot and ankle problems over the age of 10, trauma and diabetes. Time is allocated for study and research, which is also an important element of the post. Study leave is available upon application, Remuneration will be in line with the National salary scale with appropriate banding payment. A full job description is available upon request.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
As with most busy units, we perform a wide range of surgery, from lesser toes to complex deformities and non-unions. Most foot and ankle surgery involves the forefoot, but we perform all hindfoot and ankle procedures including Diabetic foot reconstruction and ankle arthroplasty, and only refer on tumour and elective circular frame procedures. Clinics are run in a multi-disciplinary fashion in most cases.
