NHS Medical & Dental: Specialist Clinical Fellow
Trosolwg o'r swydd
We are seeking an enthusiastic resident doctor who has an interest in Paediatrics and wants experience before committing to a full training programme.
The successful candidate will join the existing team in a modern hospital with a well equipped children’s department and Local Neonatal Unit (level 2).
While this post does not carry formal training recognition, it does provide an opportunity to care for a tremendously varied group of patients in a large paediatric department in a busy District General Hospital. This post holder would join a team of Consultants, Specialty Doctors, and resident doctors.
The responsibilities will include a combination of Registrar level night duties alongside day shifts, and an opportunity to develop outpatient skills.
There will be opportunity for teaching, and a focus on supporting the middle grade trainees would be expected.
You will be assigned a clinical supervisor who will oversee your continued professional development. Applications from doctors who would like to work part time will be considered.
