An exciting development opportunity has arisen in the Ophthalmology Patient Pathway Team.
Full time Band 2 Patient Pathway assistant, fixed term to March 2026
This team is responsible for providing a patient focused support service.
This is achieved by ensuring that the most current information on a patient is updated on all appropriate administration systems in order to provide a high quality, efficient and effective patient based information system.
Main duties of the job
Good organizational and communication skills, as well as IT skills, are an essential requirement for this post. You will be required to flexible approach according to the needs of the service. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and a non-judgmental approach. A sound understanding of confidentiality is essential.
This post is fixed term for 8 months due to funding.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
